Shipping
We process all orders promptly, with delivery completed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We deliver anywhere in the UAE, and delivery is 100% free, with no minimum purchase required.
All items are shipped from our UAE-based warehouse, ensuring fast, reliable, and local delivery. Please note that we only deliver within the UAE.
You can pay securely online by credit card, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
Exchanges & Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, If a product isn’t quite right for you or you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange accordingly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will replace the item with a new one at no additional cost.
