Shipping

We process and deliver all orders placed before 4 PM are delivered the same day. Orders after 4 PM will be delivered the next day (Excluding Sundays and holidays).

We deliver anywhere in the UAE, and delivery is completely free with no minimum purchase required.

All items are dispatched from our UAE-based warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to you. Please note that we only deliver within the UAE.

You can pay securely by credit card or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

Exchanges & Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, If a product isn’t quite right for you or you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged.
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange accordingly.
